“Sixteen volunteers from Bradley University’s Pi Kappa Phi fraternity showed up bright and early on Saturday, April 28th to construct two new floating dock sections at Camp Big Sky. The new sections will allow campers to access a new, great fishing spot on Bruce’s Lake. Funding for the materials to construct the docks was provided by the Community Foundation of Central Illinois and the Morton Community Foundation. Pi Kappa Phi is a national service fraternity that focuses on providing access to people with disabilities through their Operation Push program. Many thanks to the young men for their dedication to service to others as well as to the our funding partners for this project.”
